Chicken with beer Quick and easy recipe
Beer chicken : chicken is very versatile and cooking with beer in my opinion is one of the tastiest, it leaves the chicken soft and with a very particular flavor, the important thing is to choose a light beer that is not too bitter.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 6 chicken legs
- 1 33cl beer (I chose Becks)
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juniper berries

How to make beer chicken
Remove the skin from the chicken legs and flour them
and put them in a pan in which you have previously browned a clove of garlic, also add the rosemary
and brown the chicken on all sides, add the juniper berries, salt and pepper
Add the beer and cover with the lid.
Cook for 30 minutes, switching sides halfway through cooking. When cooked, reduce the sauce by removing the lid, Serve, add the sauce and serve. Enjoy your meal!
