Apple roses quick and easy recipe
Apple roses , on the web there are many and so I led to make them I have to be honest, really very simple to do and the result is very nice and good !!!!!
Ingredients for 6 roses
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- a knob of butter
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- 1 roll of puff pastry

How to make apple roses
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices, add the juice of half a lemon so that they do not darken. In a pan put a knob of butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar, melt and add the slices of apples, let the apples soften over low heat for a few minutes.
Put the cooked apple slices in a saucer and let them cool. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into strips 3 cm wide and 25-30 cm long. Arrange the apple slices on the strips of puff pastry occupying only one half,
fold the other half on itself. And roll up to form a rose.
Dip the "rose petals" in the sugar
and bake for 20-25 min. at 180-200 °. When they are golden, remove from the oven. And here are your apple roses ready. Very good! Enjoy your meal!
