Strawberry Tiramisù Quick and easy recipe

Strawberry tiramisù: when we speak of “classic tiramisù” we refer to the dessert made with ladyfingers dipped in coffee and covered with a mascarpone cream. But in recent years we tend to call "tiramisù" any dessert made with ladyfingers, in this case for the dessert I prepare today I use ladyfingers which are then soaked in strawberry juice and cream there will be sliced ​​strawberries, the cream will be prepared by cooking eggs to eliminate the risk of salmonellosis ... try it it's delicious, simple, fast and fresh!

  • 200 gr. of ladyfingers
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 lemon, 1 orange
  • 1/2 glass of limoncello or maraschino or rum
  • 250 gr of whipping cream
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 20 strawberries

    How to make Strawberry Tiramisù

    Cut the strawberries into small pieces, put them in a bowl and add a spoonful of sugar, the juice of one lemon, the juice of one orange and half a glass of limoncello.

    Â leave to macerate for a few hours, put the strawberries in a colander, collect the juice and set aside both the strawberries and the juice

    in a fairly large container put the 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar, mix with a whisk and put the container in a bain-marie (with another pot under half full of water).


    stir continuously for about 10 minutes, keeping the flame over medium heat (never boiling)


    Â add the mascarpone and blend with a whisk until you get a frothy cream


    in another larger bowl, whip the cream until stiff, add the mascarpone cream and turn everything gently


    start composing the tiramisù dipping the ladyfingers on one side and the other in the strawberry juice


    then spread the cream and add half of the strawberries cut into small pieces that you had set aside, continue with another layer

    Strawberry tiramisù

    and repeat the operation: dipped ladyfingers then cream and finally strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, the next day it will be even better
