Ingredients for a 24-26 cm cake pan
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- various fresh vegetables or a pack of 400 grams of frozen vegetables
- 100 gr. of green beans
- 2 carrots
- 1 large potato
- a courgette
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 100 gr. of emmental
How to make a savory pie with vegetables
Cut the vegetables into pieces small enough to cook earlier, you can use the vegetables you like best, I had a pack of frozen vegetables, the final flavor having the carrots was quite sweet, so adjust according to your preferences, or instead of using the cooked ham, use the raw one to give a more salty flavor, if you like a more delicate flavor then do like me with cooked and carrots. After cutting the vegetables, put them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and add salt.
