Palermitan cutlet quick and easy recipe
Palermo-style cutlet: a healthy way to cook cutlets, without frying (because they are baked in the oven) but with lots of flavor thanks to the breading with cheese. A healthy, quick and tasty recipe!
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 4 slices of veal
- extra virgin olive oil, salt,
- breadcrumbs, sweet pecorino,
- parsley and 1/2 clove of garlic

How to make the Palermo cutlet
Put on a plate 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and 3 tablespoons of grated cheese (preferably Sicilian pecorino, but a sweet pecorino is fine too), finely chopped parsley and garlic (garlic is not essential).
cut the veal slices into 3 parts and bread them pressing well to make the breading adhere
Arrange the cutlets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, and add a drizzle of oil on the surface, bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add the salt and serve. Serve with tomatoes on the salad; and your Palermo-style cutlets are ready. Enjoy your meal!
