Escalopes with mushrooms Quick and easy recipe
Escalopes with mushrooms: this version is the simplest ever to make and also the lightest one, generally to obtain the "sauce" with mushrooms we use butter, lard, or cream or bechamel, instead I simply use a slice of cheese that melts quickly (slices are also good). A very tasty and really easy to prepare second course of meat, for those who don't like red meats it is also possible to make it with slices of chicken or turkey breast.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 slices of veal
- 4 slices of melting cheese
- 300 gr. of champignon mushrooms (or other type)
- sale and pepper
- 00 flour
- extra virgin olive oil

How to make escalopes with mushrooms
Cut into slices after washing them and after scraping the outer skin with a sharp knife, put the mushrooms in a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook for 10 minutes
pass the slices of meat in flour, and cook them in a pan with oil,
after a few minutes turn the other side, add the slice of cheese on the escalopes, and then the previously cooked mushrooms, cover the pan with the lid and finish cooking the escalope
And here are your escalopes with mushrooms ready (I used champignons, but mixed ones or porcini are fine too). Enjoy your meal!
