CiocorÃ¬ puffed rice bars Quick and easy recipe
CiocorÃ¬ chocolate puffed rice bars : very similar to the ceralix and ciocorÃ¬ snacks, they have few ingredients, a mixture and a few hours in the fridge and that's what you need to prepare a super delicious snack! You can create portions of the size you prefer so as not to exceed in calories! The leftover bars can be kept in the fridge for a few days remaining compact and fragrant, they do not harden thanks to the presence of honey and butter. The bars I made are 3cm x 5cm, but you can cut them smaller, into squares to get more.
Ingredients for 8 bars of 3 × 5 cm
- 18o gr of chocolate (milk, dark or white)
- 100 gr of puffed rice
- 70 gr of whole or chopped hazelnuts (or dried fruit to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of wildflower honey
- 50 gr of butter
- chocolate chips to decorate (optional *)
How to make CiocorÃ¬ puffed rice bars
Prepare all the ingredients on the work surface,
Chop the chosen dried fruit, I the hazelnuts, if you have the grains it's fine.
melt the chopped chocolate, butter and honey in a bain-marie (placing a container / saucepan on a pan containing 3 fingers of water)
stir until a cream is formed. Turn off the heat and pour the puffed rice and hazelnuts (or other dried fruit of your choice) into this container, mix quickly and mix the ingredients well together. Pour everything on a plate lined with parchment paper, level and form a layer about 1.5 cm thick, level well with a spoon and also try to shape the sides so that they are quite straight. Add a few drops of chocolate if you like (for decoration).
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours. Leave out of the fridge for a few minutes and cut your bars, use a long knife for a single and more precise cut.
