Chicken Breast with Mushrooms: very simple recipe to make chicken breast tasty, which despite being very light and versatile unfortunately does not have a great flavor; with the approach of autumn then the mushrooms are perfect. If you want to create a lighter dish, only mushrooms are enough, but I also added a slice of mozzarella (or scamorza) which made every bite "stringy". Alternatively, to add a more salty note, you can add a little speck or ham (raw or cooked). The cooking can be done entirely in a pan or the chicken breast can be cooked just in a pan and then bake it for 4-5 minutes.

- 3 slices of chicken breast (300 g)
- fresh mushrooms or in bags (frozen)
- 3 slices of smoked cheese (or mozzarella)

How to make chicken breast with mushrooms
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan: if they are fresh, remove the earth present with a brush, and rinse them quickly under running water, if very dirty remove the outer part by scraping with a knife, cut the mushrooms into pieces and slices, put them in a pan with hot oil (3-4 tablespoons), let them fry for about ten minutes (for mushrooms in bags you can put them directly in the pan while still frozen)

put the slices of chicken breast in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, let the slices cook quickly on both sides

add the slices of mozzarella (or scamorza) and the previously cooked mushrooms to the chicken breast, pour the water and oil present in the mushroom pan over the slices and in the pan, cover the pan with a lid and finish cooking in a pan for a few minutes, or you can put the chicken in a pan and bake for 3-4 minutes at 200 °.
