Carne alla pizzaiola Quick and easy recipe
Meat with pizzaiola or simply "pizzaiola": Also for this recipe there are different schools of thought ... there are those who cook the meat in the sauce for a long time, those who cook the sauce and meat separately and then combine the two ingredients at the end, those who say that it serves at least half ' cooking time, I prefer a short cooking of the meat, in 15 minutes it will be served .. try it!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 2 slices of beef (first or second choice)
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- oregano and salt
How to make meat with pizzaiola
Take a large pan, thicken the bottom with extra virgin olive oil, add the clove of garlic, let it brown slightly, add the slices of meat and cook for 2 minutes, on both sides,
remove the meat from the pan and put it on a plate, keep it warm by covering it with a lid. Using the same pan add the peeled tomatoes, chop them and cook for about ten minutes over medium heat,
add the salt and reduce the sauce, at this point add the slices of meat,
