Banana and Nutella muffins Quick and easy recipe
Banana and Nutella muffins: these treats can be made in countless ways. Both sweet and savory. They are perfect for breakfast and for children's snacks. In this recipe I use bananas which in desserts are generally to be dosed well, to avoid a too cloying effect, instead these muffins are very soft and very tasty, the addition of hazelnut cream creates a perfect match. A freshly squeezed orange juice or a cappuccino and breakfast is ready!

How to make banana and Nutella muffins
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees while making the recipe.
In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, mix with a spoon and set aside.
In a larger bowl put the bananas previously mashed with a fork and reduced to puree, all the sugar,
blend with a whisk, then add the egg, oil and vanilla, whisk with the whisk
pour the flour into the bowl in two sockets, continue mixing with the whisk
until it becomes a uniform and smooth dough.
Put a few tablespoons of dough into the cups until 2/3 full.
Add to the surface a level teaspoon of hazelnut cream (Nutella or other brand ... I often use the Rivoni Nocciolata di Asiago) and with a toothpick create a vortex for the marbled effect.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° in a static oven (otherwise at 160 ° fan oven for about 15 minutes), remove from the oven and let it cool before removing from the muffin mold. ATTENTION THE COOKING TIMES ARE INDICATIVE AND THEY CHANGE FROM OVEN TO OVEN, CHECK YOUR MUFFINS AT THE END OF COOKING, THEY MAY NEED A FEW MINUTES MORE OR LESS.
And your banana and Nutella muffins are ready. Enjoy your breakfast!
