Chicken Nuggets Quick and easy recipe
Chicken Nuggets: also called chicken nuggets, they are chicken breast croquettes flavored with breaded and fried spices, their flattened shape and small size allow them to be prepared in a short time. They are very flavorful and crunchy and is an alternative way to cook chicken, different from the usual cutlet and cordon bleu. Try they are very good!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 300 gr of chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of onion
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of sliced bread (or pan bauletto)
- peanut oil
How to Make Chicken Nuggets
Cut the slices of chicken breast into strips and put them in the mixer, add the slices of toasted bread, the slice of onion and a generous pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Blend everything
put the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs in 3 different saucers
Take some chicken from the mixer and with your hands give it an oval and flattened shape, pass each nugget first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs,
bread all the chicken nuggets well and set them aside on a plate, put plenty of seed oil in a saucepan for frying, let the oil heat up and dip a few nuggets at a time (to check if the oil has reached the right temperature, immerse a toothpick in the oil if it starts to sizzle then the oil is ready for frying). Let fry until golden brown.
Place the chicken nuggets on a paper towel and add salt. Serve your chicken nuggets / nuggets with mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard.
