Pork sausages quick and easy. You only need a handful of simple basic ingredients to make sausages from scratch. This version has no casing! It is not easier than this. Just mix, shape, and cook.

Ingredients for making pork sausages

  • one lb Ground pork
  • ¼ Cup of breadcrumbs like Panko
  • one Big egg
  • two Minced garlic cloves
  • ½ Teaspoon dried thyme
  • one Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • one Teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon of pepper or to taste
  • two Olive oil spoons

How to make pork sausages

1.- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix everything, excluding olive oil, until well incorporated. Divide the mixture into 12 equal servings and form each portion into a sausage.

2.- Add the olive oil to a pan and heat over medium-low heat. Gently fry the pork sausages during 15 minutes until they are browned on all sides and cooked inside.
